• Free shipping is available for all prepaid (online payment) and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

• Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
• Shipping Time: 5-12 business days, depending on your location in KSA.
• Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, customs clearance, or unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Methods

• We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD is available for customers in KSA.
• Customers must ensure accurate shipping details and be available to receive the order.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

• Ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery may incur additional charges.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• In case of a lost package, we will either resend the item or issue a refund.
